Jessica Chastain Excited to Work With Dan Stevens

Jessica Chastain was a presenter at the 2012 Tony Awards, held Sunday night, June 10th. She will be starring with Dan on Broadway in, The Heiress, which is set to open in October.  Jessica commented about how  nervous and excited she is to be working with Dan:

And while Chastain remained cool, calm and collected on the Tonys red carpet, the talented beauty admitted she is “freaking out” about joining the Great White Way.

“I’m so nervous and very excited,” she said, on preparing for the role. “I’m so happy to be in a rehearsal room with Moises Kaufman, David Strathairn and Dan Stevens. It’s exciting.”

Dan Stevens, of course, plays Matthew on the PBS miniseries Downton Abbey; and even though Chastain admitted she’s a fan of the Emmy-winning series, she’s still trying to play it cool in front of her handsome costar.

“I’ve seen some Downton Abbey,” she said. “But I don’t want to go up [to Stevens] and be, like, ‘Hi!’”
