Tune In To See Theo James (Mr Pamuk) in Golden Boy

Downton Abbey's Mr Pamuk is Alive and Well.

Theo James may have only appeared in one episode of the first season of Downton Abbey, but he is infamous, as the hottie Turkish diplomat, Pamuk who dies in the bed of Lady Mary.

Now you can see Mr Pamuk  Theo, running around the streets of New York City in Golden Boy which debuts tonight on CBS and CTV.

Theo James plays the youngest police commissioner of New York City in CTV’s Golden Boy, which debuts Tuesday at 10 p.m. on CTV and CBS.
But convincing viewers he’s not a Turkish emissary who dies in the bed of Lady Mary Crawley and almost ruins her life in the massively popular British soap opera Downton Abbeywill be hard going.
The British actor said the recognition he’s received from appearing in just one episode of Downton has been astounding.
“I didn’t realize how popular the show would be,” said James. “I mean, I’m onscreen for about 20 minutes and I still get people going, ‘Mr. Pamuk!’”
Golden Boy charts the rise of James as Walter William Clark Jr., whose heroics make for a quick ride to the top of the food chain in the police department. But all that ambition comes at a cost.

  1. Oh, my goodness - Mr. Pamuk. What an oddly workable plot element he became!
